The aim of this course is to provide you with practical tools and exercises that can be practiced at your desk and easily incorporated into your busy schedule to help you work smarter, more focused, less stressed, and free from the aches and pains that prevent you from working effectively, getting better results, and improving your business as well as your health.
The program is broken into 7 modules that offer bite-size videos and exercises with easy to follow steps. The course can be taken at your own pace but we suggest spending 15 minutes each day to work at a deeper level and benefit more quickly from your progress.

About the trainer
Elena Jiménez Alvarez is a Mexican Spanish translator, voiceover artist, and certified yoga teacher with +15 years’ experience in yoga, mindfulness and meditation. She leads international workshops and courses in English and Spanish to help people who spend long sitting days at their desk release tension, reduce stress, and improve their creativity and concentration to get better results.
Her teaching tools include yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques, and integrate principles from bioenergetics, positive psychology, neurolinguistic programming, emotional intelligence, compassionate communication, somatic and body education.
